There are variations into how you can make a delicious kale salad. I do suggest making this in the morning to let the dressing sit in your salad for a few hours. It takes the bitterness out of the kale, in my opinion.
1. In a small bowl, mix marmalade and olive oil to make a quick dressing. Add black pepper if you like.
2. In a medium bowl, add your chopped kale and whichever items from options that seem appetizing to you
3. Mix dressing in your medium bowl. Let sit until lunch. Add Avocado.
