4 medium tortilla wraps
4 oz cream cheese reduced fat
1 heaping tbsp prepared basil pesto
4 roma tomatoes diced
12 slices bacon cooked
drizzle balsamic glaze
1. In a small bowl combine cream cheese and pesto. In another small bowl drizzle diced tomatoes with balsamic glaze, stir to coat.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas. Arrange 3 slices of cooked bacon on each tortilla. You could also chop the bacon and sprinkle. Arrange arugula over bacon, and scatter with balsamic tomatoes.
3. Tightly wrap up the tortillas. Enjoy as a full wrap, serve cut in half, or slice into bite sized appetizer portions.
