Baked Pork Chop Sliders

Total Time: 30 minutes

Makes: 8-10 sliders


1 lb thin cut boneless pork chops

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper

1 egg

1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs

½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Brioche slider buns

1 yellow onion, sliced and sautéed





1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pat the chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides of the

pork chops with smoked paprika, garlic and onion powders, and salt and pepper.

2. Crack egg into a shallow dish, and beat gently with a fork. In a separate shallow dish combine

the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

3. Dip a pork chop into the egg allowing excess to drip off. Place into the breadcrumb mixture, coat

on both sides. Place onto a non-stick baking pan. Repeat with all chops.

4. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cut each chop in half to fit onto a slider bun. Assemble onto brioche

slider buns with mayo, sautéed onions, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
