Serving size: 4
Total time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ½ - 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
2 scallions, sliced, for garnish
For the sauce:
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn starch
½ cup water
½ tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Pour 1/3 of the sauce onto the
bottom of a baking dish. Arrange chicken thighs over the sauce. Pour the remaining
sauce over the chicken thighs.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes, flipping chicken over half way through. Sauce will thicken as
it bakes.
